Leadership Team

Eng. Ali Hilal Al-Kuwari is the Chief Executive Officer of Hassad Food Company since August 2023. He has vast experience in the field of food and agribusiness investments, a clear strategic vision and a deep knowledge of Hassad’s local and international investments that he gained throughout his professional journey with Hassad, which exceeded thirteen years. Previously, he held several leadership positions at Hassad such as Vice President, Director of Operations and Director of Project Management.

Prior to Hassad, Eng. Ali Al-Kuwari spent around ten years at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), where he held many senior positions.

Moreover, Eng. Ali Al-Kuwari currently holds several other senior positions including Chairman of A’Saffa Foods, Vice Chairman of Al Meera Consumer Goods Company, Vice Chairman of the Arab Qatari Company for Poultry Production (Al-Waha), as well as being a Board Member in Baladna Company.

Eng. Ali Al-Kuwari holds an Engineering degree from Qatar University and an MBA from Northampton University in the UK.
